Challenge

A Vietnamese noodle and snack company with prominent wholesale accounts such as Costco and Krogers was seeking to complement and scale their business through a direct to consumer model. While Pho’nomenal has established a brand presence and loyal following through these key retailers, the variety of offerings on shelves was inconsistent from location to location and had little presence online.

Solution

Build upon the brand equity built in stores to bring their beloved family recipes into an online e-commerce hub and community where consumers can shop for a mix of their most popular noodles and snacks as well as connect with the brand on a one to one level.
